WE'RE QUITTING THE BAND, BUT NOT THE MUSIC!
After two amazing years, we have decided to quit The Backdoor Virgins. We basically learned to play on stage, and having you there with us gave us a drive and an energy that we had never felt before. It has been an incredible run, and we could not have done it without you! So thank you all for your support! Us quitting does not mean we are throwing out guitars and drumsticks off the stage. It was an amicable decision, we are still friends and we continue to support each other in future musical commitments. There are in fact already two bands in the making! So keep checking back, because once were back up on that stage, we will be looking for you in the crowd!

"CAN WE CRASH @ YOUR PLACE TONIGHT TOUR"
Our weekend-tour was a success! We wanna say thanks to The Boys and Crash for taking us along, to Steser for being the best roadie ever and the people at Bar Rock for being such a great support.
Now it's back to practise and working on new songs, and hopefully, next month the recording of our first demo!

THE BACKDOOR VIRGINS "CAN WE CRASH @ YOUR PLACE TONIGHT TOUR"
Yes, we're going on our first tour! The second weekend of june we'll be playing shows together with The Boys and Crash. We kick off in the B52 in Eernegem, Belgium and the next day we're playing Bar Rock in Maastricht. We can't wait! We're still looking for a place to crash though... So if you know a place where they wouldn't mind putting up with seven broke ass musicians for a night, let us know...
We also wanna say thanks to everyone who supported us at The Cave on may 22nd! Special thanks to Note to Amy and Grey Days and our UK-roadie David!

Last weekend the Backdoor Virgins were very well represented at Groezrock in Belgium! Due to the Icelandic volcano ashes a few bands were cancelled, but we had a good time anyway. Now we're back home, dirty, tired but very happy and inspired. Can't wait to get back in the room together and work on our new songs!

On Saturday, april 3rd we played together with Los Cretinos in the Rambler in Eindhoven and it rocked!

If you missed us in Woerden last week, be sure to come to The Rambler in Eindhoven on starurday Arpril 3rd! We'll be playing together with Los Cretinos, an awesome band all the way from the Basque country! It's free entry, and the doors open at 8. We'll be playing around 21:30.

Beste fans,
aanstaande zaterdag hebben The Backdoor Virgins (Chris, Simina, Juut en Ilse) hun allereerste optreden op de Plug n Play in Arnhem.
22 bands voor 2,20. 10 cent per band. Plug N Play betekend een backline en veel bands, inprikken en spelen maar. 19:30 - 01.00 in de bovenzaal en cafe zaal bands aan de lopende bands.
The Backdoor Virgins zullen om 20:15 spelen.
Bij deze willen we jullie uitnodigen om ons te komen supporten.
